Briing, with an address in Cozumel, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is responsible for handling the personal data you give us through briing.me.
For anything related to your personal data, the channel is [email protected].
Only what you type into the contact form:
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, or asset data, or financial data. If you send it inside the message on your own, we ask you not to: this is not the channel for that.
Necessary purposes, without which we could not help you:
Additional purpose, which you can refuse without affecting the attention we give you: keeping you up to date on news about the Briing platforms. If you do not want it, write to us at [email protected] and that is it.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. To run the site we use providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:
Some of these providers are outside Mexico. By using the form or the booking calendar, you consent to that transfer, which is made only for the purposes described above. Your consent is not required for the transfers set out in article 37 of the Law.
You can ask us at any time to give you Access to your data, to Rectify it if it is wrong, to Cancel it from our records, or you can Oppose our using it for a specific purpose. You can also withdraw the consent you gave us.
Requests go by email to [email protected], stating your name, a way to reply to you, a clear description of what you are asking for and a document proving your identity. We have twenty business days to answer you and fifteen more to act on it where it applies.
The request is free. We could only charge you shipping or reproduction costs if you ask for copies in a format that involves them.
The site uses Google Analytics to know which pages get visited and from where. That tool stores cookies in your browser with an identifier that does not name you.
You can block or delete those cookies from your browser settings at any time. If you do, the site keeps working the same: we do not use cookies for anything essential.
Messages from the form are kept while a commercial conversation is open and for as long as legal or contractual obligations require. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we delete them.
When we change something, the new version is published at this same address and the date in the header is updated. We recommend reviewing it if you are going to send us data after a long time.
If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you can go to the Mexican authority in charge of personal data protection.
